本课题要研究或解决的问题和拟采用的研究手段（途径） 我的毕业设计课题是"淮安苏减金象机械制造有限公司办公楼"，拟建四层，建筑面积为3000m2左右。
本课题来源于实践，主要完成建筑设计和结构设计两部分。建筑设计包括平面图、立面图、剖面图设计以及楼梯、阳台、雨蓬等详图设计，其中最重要的是楼梯设计。楼梯是建筑物中主要的垂直交通设施之一，楼梯的主要功能是通行和疏散。楼梯的数量、位置、形式和楼梯的宽度、坡度均应该符合上下通畅、疏散方便的原则，并适当考虑美观问题；在建筑构造方面要满足坚固与安全的要求。同时，楼梯的设计还应根据建筑物的耐火等级，满足防火设计规范中民用建筑安全出口所规定的要求。此外，设计时还要考虑到经济和施工的方便。
结构设计包括结构计算和绘制结构图两方面。结构计算又需完成基础设计、纵横向平面框架结构设计、楼盖设计、楼梯、阳台、雨蓬等结构设计，其中纵横向平面框架结构设计是最重要的，也是最难的。纵横向平面框架结构设计又涉及到框架梁、柱、节点设计，要满足"强柱弱梁，强剪弱弯，强节点弱构件"的设计原则。在本次毕业设计中采用手算和电算两种方法，手算采用分层分析法和D值法（计算竖向荷载采用分层分析法，计算水平荷载采用D值法）来完成，电算采用PKPM结构计算软件。最后，将手算与电算的结果比较，相互检验，以提高结构计算的精确度。

The design projection for graduation is practice teaching segment of teaching of professional course, and the instruction book of the design projection graduation is formulation and supplementary specification for the decision of program and achievement of design.
The instruction book of the design projection graduation contains the instruction of architectural design ,the drawing of plan view、elevation view、sectional view ,the instruction of structural design ,and introduces in detail every step of the design. The instruction of architectural design introduces the determination of plane ,the selection of plane combination ,the selection of material, the designing process of every section of major structure, and the main points of the drawing of elevation view、sectional view; The instruction of structural design introduces structural type and arrangement for structure ,estimation of sectional dimension ,selection of material for construction and requirements during working ;In the calculation book of structure ,it checks the entirety sideway stiffness of building ,and calculates a frame to obtain the steel arrangement and structural demand of beam and column ,it also contains the steel arrangement of stairs , board and foundation.
