摘 要
本次施工组设计的工程名称为武汉市滨江花园5#楼，该工程总面积为14565㎡。设计的主要任务是根据设计任务书的主要内容和现行的有关规范等资料编制武汉滨江花园5号楼的施工图纸和施工方案，包括土木工程、砌体工程、防水工程、钢筋工程、混凝土工程 、装饰工程等分部分项工程。然后编制施工进度计划，安排流水施工，并根据工作量和时间定额进行人工布置。最后绘制横道图和施工平面布置图。
施工组织设计是一份全面指导项目的施工的文件，是各分部分项工程计划编制的基础，是项目质量保证措施和工期成本控制的依据。它也是指导和开展紧凑有序的施工活动的技术基础。
在这次设计中,我学会了如何确定施工方案,计算工程的工作量,编制施工进度计划,充分考虑施工期间的质量目标、项目管理组织和施工组织,主要技术计划、安全、文明施工、环境保护、特殊性季节施工和许多其他因素。

Abstract
