摘 要
碾压试验参数是衡量水库各项参数的合格标准,需通过多次反复试验来确定,碾压试验是的一项重要前提工作。所谓碾压试验,就是对一定料质的土料进行代表性取样,按照《实验规程》的相关规定进行试碾压,取得现场数据,然后对取得的数据进行统计分析,得出结论,作为施工的理论指导。为了得到准确的碾压指标,本篇文章针对石佛寺水库坝型为均质土坝,枢纽为Ⅱ等工程,永久性建筑物等级为2级,水库的主坝、右副坝是均质坝以及石佛寺水库的地形地质条件水文等工程具体概况来确定碾压试验的方法,采用EX350反铲挖掘机装15t自卸汽车运输,后退进占法铺料、D85推土机平仓,C25凸块振动碾进退错距法碾压,进而得知碾压试验的具体步骤,先测量放线,然后铺平土料,碾压,最后做质量检验,还要进行含水量调整,要特别注意现场碾压试验需要进行铺土方式、铺土厚度、碾压机械的类型及重量、碾压遍数、填筑含水量等各项参数试验。复合试验应进行土料的颗粒级配、压实土的干密度等试验,颗粒级配是影响标准击实最大干密度和最优含水量的主要原因之一,每项参数都决定着试验结果的成败,所以在试验过程中要严格按照要求控制参数,确保每项参数达到合格要求,进而针对多次的试验结果得到最佳的合格标准,为石佛寺水库提供科学、真实的数据参数,并为提出了相关建议,从而达到合理的技术标准,更进一步得到想要的结果。
本文的研究思路、研究方法和结论可为类似水库工程提供的借鉴和参考,从而为水库的设计、施工提供了更加灵活、多样的解决办法。
