摘要：屋面防水工程是建筑工程的重要组成部分，防水工程质量的好坏，直接影响着建筑物和构筑物的使用寿命，影响着人们正常的生活秩序。《建筑工程质量管理条例》规定屋面防水工程保修期为5年，可见屋面工程质量是民用房屋建筑中一个重要的部位。其主要作用就是满足用户对房屋排水、防水、隔热、保温的要求。屋面不能有渗漏和积水现象，同时做完屋面后还应使屋面具有美化的功能。屋面施工质量的好坏、优劣关系到建筑物的使用寿命。假使屋面发生漏水、渗水，会给人们生活带来很多不便，不但造成经济上的严重损失，而且直接影响人民的正常生活。所以保证屋面工程质量，设计是前提，材料是基础，施工是关键，维修管理是保证。只有严把材料关，精心设计，精心施工，才能保证屋面工程质量，才能给用户营造一个良好的生活或工作环境。

Abstract：Roof waterproofing works is an important part of construction, waterproof engineering quality is good or bad, a direct impact on the life of buildings and structures, affecting people's normal life order. Its main role is to meet the user on the housing drainage, waterproof, heat insulation, insulation requirements.
