摘 要：近年来随着国内建筑行业的蓬勃发展,工程承包市场竞争的日趋激烈，低价中标已成为普遍现象。施工索赔作为一种取得合法、合理收益的手段，已成为施工企业经营管理的重要组成部分。施工索赔管理水平的高低不仅直接显示施工企业的经营管理水平的高低，也决定着企业能否立足于复杂多变、竞争激烈的国内外工程承包市场。本文主要是通过对引起索赔原因及存在问题的分析，阐述了我国施工索赔的现状，探讨了施工索赔的计算方法、策略与对策。

The Issues and Strategies Concerning Project Claim in Construction
Abstract: Along with the boom of domestic construction industry in recent years, the market of project contracting is full of fierce competition in which the bids at a low price are becoming widespread. The claim of construction, as a lawful and reasonable means for economic returns, has become an important part of the management and operation for many construction companies. The standard of management regarding the claim of construction will not only directly demonstrate the management of the whole company but also will determine the ability of the relevant company to withstand the competition home and abroad in terms of the project contracting. This thesis, based on the analysis of the causes for claim together with concerning problems, is to elaborate the current situation of the domestic project claims and shed light on its calculating method and strategies and countermeasures.
