高校教职工住房租赁管理信息系统的设计(ASP.NET,SQL)(任务书,开题报告,论文说明书18000字,程序代码,SQLserver数据库)
摘要
自国家住房制度改革以来，我国高校教职工住房管理发生了翻天覆地的变化。对于高校来说，原有的住房体制转向新政，使得住房管理工作和业务办理工作迎来全新的挑战。对于高校教职工来说，住房情况对其教学、科研和其他工作都有着十分重要的影响。
高校从以人为本的管理理念出发，关切教职工的住房问题，采用将所有权属于高校的住房以合理价格出租的方法，保证其教职工不因住房问题而影响正常工作。但因租赁业务复杂、资料繁多、业务流程不够规范且实际管理难度大，高校住房管理部门的工作压力往往很大。然而，仅通过提高房管部门职工的业务技能和办理速度的方式，无法从根本上解决上述问题。
本文针对住房租赁业务特点，建立一套合理规范的业务流程，开发高校职工住房租赁管理信息系统，实现住房租赁管理的信息化和规范化，解决高校住房租赁的业务流程复杂、不够规范和纸质资料繁多等一系列问题，提高住房租赁业务的办理效率，缓解相关工作人员的工作压力，节约申请租赁职工的时间。
系统采用B/S体系软件框架，以Microsoft SQL Server 2012为数据库，开发工具采用Microsoft Visual Studio 2015。论文梳理了高校职工住房租赁的业务流程，从高校房管部门和教职工着手，进行了全面的需求调研，详细地对进行系统的分析与设计，最终完成了系统的开发与测试工作。针对系统中涉及的住房租赁、自助选房和住房维修等三个主要流程，进行了深入的研究与设计，并最终实现了住房租赁系统的开发完善工作，对提升高校房管部门的管理效率具有积极帮助。

Abstract
Since the reform of the national housing system, the housing management of faculty in schools of higher education has undergone enormous changes. For Schools of higher education, the original housing system has turned to newpolicies, bringing brand new challenges to the management and other related business. For theschool faculty,their housing situation has a great impact on their teaching, research and other work.
Based on humanity, universities and colleges are now more and more concerned about faculty’s housing condition by renting the faculty at a reasonable price while stilling holding the ownership, in order to ensure the teaching quality of the school staff. However, due to the complexity of the leasing business, theexcess of informat-ion, the non-standardization of business processes and the difficulty of actual manag-ement, the work load of the related department is often too heavy.Sadly, the problem can not be solved fundamentally only by improving the management skills and speed-ing up the processing.
Considering the characteristics of house leasing business, this paper intends to set up a reasonable and standardized business procedure and develop the house leas-ing management system, in order to informationize and standardize it solve such pro-blems as the complexity of procedure, the non-standardization and the excess of paper materials.
B/S system software as framework, Microsoft SQL Server 2012 as database, and Microsoft Visual Studio 2015 as developer tool are used to approach the above probl-ems and reach the aimed purpose. Firstly, from the two aspects---the housing manage-ment departments and faculty in colleges and universities, this paper summaries the business procedures of faculty house leasing in colleges and universities, and finally completes the system development and the test work by doing comprehensive resea-rch on the demand, careful analysis and design. In the process, the paper elaborates on three major procedures, namely house leasing, self-selection and house maintemance. All in all, this research will be of great help in promoting the efficiency of house man-agement system in colleges and universities.

本系统基于Windows操作系统，以Microsoft SQL Server 2012为数据库，开发平台和开发语言分别选用ASP.NET和C#，以Microsoft Visual Studio 2015为开发工具进行相关开发。
