基于JSP的企业文件收发系统的设计与实现(MyEclipse,SQLServer)(含录像)(毕业论文9000字,程序代码,SQLServer数据库)
摘 要
目前由于企事业单位收到的、以及下发的文件都是纸质形式，不便于文件接受，对文件进行电子化存档、查询、调用等，影响文件使用效率。另外纸质文件在下发时，呈几何级数增长的文件复印量，造成了纸张的大量浪费。随着电子化办公迅速在各机关、企事业单位普及，在电脑上编制文件已成为机关工作人员的首选方式。大量文件在编时已经是电子化的，这为电子化文件管理创造了便利条件。随着网络带宽的不断提高，在线办公已成为发展趋势，文件完全可以电子化方式存放在服务器上，在数据库等计算机信息系统的支持下，对文件处理的各种信息进行收集、整理、存储、检索、统计和传播，随时可供文件使用单位调阅。极大提高机关办公效率。
本系统前台主要使用JSP作为开发语言，后台使用SQL2005作为数据库管理系统，开发环境是MyEclipse，服务器采用tomcat，开发出的一个基于Web技术的B/S结构的文件收发系统。

ABSTRACT
At present, due to the enterprises and institutions, and issued a document is printed form, not easy to document receiving unit electronic archive, query, call for papers, affecting the file using efficiency. In addition the paper documents in the hair, a photocopy of the geometric progression growth, resulting in a large waste of paper. Along with the electronic office popularity rapidly in all organs, enterprises and institutions in the preparation of documents, computer has become the preferred way of agency staff. A document is electronic in the series, it creates convenient conditions for the electronic document management. With the continuous improvement of network bandwidth, online office has become the development trend, the document can be electronically stored in the server, the database of computer information system, the collection, sorting, storage, retrieval, statistics and spread of all kinds of information of document processing, readily available for files using the unit access. The office efficiency greatly improve organ。
The front of the system using JSP as a development language, the use of SQL2005 as a database management system, the development environment is MyEclipse, server using tomcat, developed a Web technology based on B / S structure office automation management system.
