摘  要：股票市场是我国金融市场的重要组成部分，在为企业凑集资金，促进经济发展等方面发挥了重要作用。随着改革开放以来,我国的股票市场的逐步规范,逐步发展壮大。本文从回顾股票市场的发展历程及发展现状重点分析了我国股市当前存在的主要问题,并分析这些问题以及如何解决这些问题提出建议，从而促进我国股市长期稳定健康发展，为我国经济的健康发展做出贡献。

Analysis of Development of China’s Stock Market　                  
Abstract: China's financial markets, the stock market is an important part of a whole spectrum of capital for enterprises, promoting economic development has played an important role. As the reform and opening up, China's stock market and regulation, and gradually grow. Development of this paper analyzed the stock market in China stock market are the major issues and analysis of these issues and make recommendations on how to solve these problems, thereby promoting long-term stable and healthy development of China's stock market, for the healthy development of China's economy to contribute.
