完善民间金融法律规范的思考(16000字)
摘  要：近年来，我国民间金融日渐活跃，在促进经济发展中发挥了积极作用。同时，由于民间金融法律缺乏规范，在一些地方出现了民间金融的无序发展，给金融和社会带来了不稳定。因此，完善我国民间金融的法律规范具有重要的理论意义和现实价值。本文将试图综合运用金融学和法学知识来探讨在当前市场经济环境下应当如何从法律角度界定民间金融的合法地位，完善我国的民间金融监管法律制度。

discussion of improvements on Informal finance regulations and rules
Abstract:We have had an increasingly blooming informal finance market recent years, which had played an active role in economic development.In the mean time, as the absence of formal regulations and rules, there appears disorderly development of informal finance which caused instability for finance and society.Therefore, improving finance legal norms has both practical and theoretical significance.By integrating finance theory and laws, this paper is aimed at discussing how to legalize informal finance from the perspective of law in the current economic environment and improve the overseeing law system.
