摘  要：村镇银行的设立给农村金融注入了新的血液，带来了希望。而目前设立的村镇银行还不能解决农村地区银行业金融机构网点覆盖率低、金融供给不足、竞争不充 分等问题，如何提高村镇银行的经营效率增加村镇银行的覆盖面是切实提高农村金融服务的有效途径。我国村镇银行要想提高经营效率就要先准确的定位于市场，加 强内部控制，培养高素质人才，在发展中不断总结经验，随时保持自身的活力，并在借鉴孟加拉乡村银行经营模式，为进一步提高村镇银行经营效率提出可行性的发 展建议。

Analysis of Operating Efficiency of Village Banks in China
Abstract ：The establishment of the village bank brought hope to the rural finance. At present, the village bank will not be able to solve the banking and finance institutions in which the coverage is low, financial undersupply, competition is not adequate. It is effective way to improve the coverage of the financial services that improving the efficiency of the village bank and increasing the coverage of village. village bank can accumulate the credit to realize the Sustainable development，improve intermediate product，establish the guarantee system，and summarize the experience with the developing sustainable vigor
which is two conflicting objectives constrain the development of the village bank.
