摘  要：近几年,随着人民币持续不断的升值,给我国进出口贸易带来了许多挑战。本文通过阐述人民币升值对我国进出口贸易造成的各方面影响，进而提出我国在应对人民币升值方面应该采取的措施。政府和企业应共同努力，以人民币升值为契机，保证我国出口企业在世界贸易市场上的地位,以促进我国进出口贸易健康、有序和可持续地发展。

The Appreciation of The RMB on China’s Import and Export Trade Impact
Abstract：In recent years, the continuing appreciation of RMB brings many challenges for China's import and export trade. This paper explains all aspects of influence about China's import and export trade caused by the continuing appreciation of RMB, and then put forward the measures what China should take to deal with the continuing appreciation of RMB. The government and enterprises should work together, put the appreciation of RMB as an opportunity to ensure the status of China's export enterprises in the world trade market and thus to promote the healthy, orderly and sustainable development of China's export trade.
