农户对农村医疗保险的满意度调查分析(13000字)
摘  要：随着新型农村合作医疗的推广，越来越多的农民感受到了其带来的方便与利益，农民抵抗疾病风险的能力提高了，经济负担也减轻了。但问题还是存在，如新农合在实际运行过程中逐渐暴露出筹资困难、保障水平偏低、农民逆向选择严重、资金支付压力大等方面的问题，使得部分农民对新型农村合作医疗制度不满意。为此，笔者通过问卷设计，调查研究新农合的运行现状，通过对新农保满意度的因子分析，我们对新农合参合农民认知、参保、满意等方面进行了分析，总结了目前影响新农合的因素，并对存在的问题进行剖析，提出可行性建议以推进新农合的可持续发展。

Survey And Analysis of Farmers’ Satisfaction on Rural Health Insurance
Abstract: With the promotion of the new rural cooperative medical care, more and more farmers feel its convenience and benefits, and it improves the ability of farmers' resistance to disease,and reduces the economic burden. But it still has some defects, such as the funding difficulties which exposed in the actual operation of the process of new rural cooperative, the low level of protection, the serious adverse selection , the pressure of disbursement of funds and so on, so that some farmers are not satisfied with the new rural cooperative medical system . To this end, the author through the questionnaire which mainly survey the NCMS Operation Status ,the satisfaction factor of the new agricultural insurance, the cognitive and insured. We summed up the factors affecting the NCMS and analyzed the problems and put forward feasible suggestions to promote the sustainable development of the new rural cooperative.
