摘要
由于发电厂、变电所中,控制部分和保护部分需要安全可靠的供电电源,由蓄电池组组成的高频开关直流电源具有高可靠性的优点,现在成为电力操作电源系统中的重要组成部分。
本文详细分析了国内外高频开关电源的发展和现状,研究了高频开关电源的基本原理和高频开关电源在电力直流操作电源系统中的应用,设计出了一种适应于电力系统的高频开关电源用来替代传统的相控电源。该系统以MOSFET作为功率开关器件,构成Buck开关变换,整个电源由滤波电路、Buck斩波电路、主逆变器、辅助电源、保护电路等部分组成。该系统主电路逆变部分采用了脉宽调制技术(PWM),集成控制器UC3825产生PWM信号,从输出端开始实时采样电压、电流反馈信号,用以控制输出电压、电流的变化。IGBT驱动电路采用单独的集成驱动器M57962L控制器进行驱动和运行,提高了系统的可靠性、安全性。
本次设计的高频开关电源完成了交流电到直流电的变换,将交流电变换为了具有高质量的直流电能,同时具备较好的保护功能,除此之外系统还能调节交流电压输入范围。伴随着现代科技与生活的发展,稳定高性能的高频开关电源及其相关产品在工业应用和日常生活方面都具有非常广阔的市场和应用前景,因此高频开关电源具备较好的经济效益与广阔的市场前景。

Abstract
In the power plant and transformer substations, the DC operation power is supplied from high frequency switching power supply (I-IF SPS) and uses bulky batteries as alternative power.
  The paper analyze the present situation development of high frequency switching power supply domestically and overseas, study and research the basal principle of then design HF SPS and its application in electric power system, then HF SPS applied in electric power system in order to replace the old supply controlled by phase angle. The full-bridge converter is made up of four IGBT.The system consists of the AC input stage, main inverter, out put low-pass filter, auxiliary power supply, and load current sharing circuit, etc. The theory of PWM is used in the system, and single of PWM is offered by controllerUC3825.The feedback voltage and current achieved from output is used to control the change of the output. The controller M57962L is used in the IGBT drive-circuit. The primary circuit and the control circuit are insulated by the transformer and photo-coupler,increasing the reliability of the system.
  The design of high frequency switching power completed the AC to DC conversion, will the alternating current to power with high quality DC, also have good protection function and regulatory AC input voltage range in addition to the outside of the system also. Along with the development of modern science and technology and life, stable high performance of high-frequency switching power supply and its related products in the aspects of daily life and industrial applications are very broad market prospect and application value, so high-frequency switching power supply with good economic benefit and broad market prospect.
