摘要:改革开放以来,随着社会的不断发展,人们的生活水平也在不断的提高,经济的发展在一方面导致了人们对汽车的需求量增多,而随着汽车需求量的增多,交通管理所面临的压力也在与日俱增,因此,交通管理怎样才能更好的运行引起了越来越多人的重视。当代社会科技水平的不断提升,尤其是在图像处理方面,很多利用这项技术的项目工程都取得了相当大程度的效率的提高,当然,在车牌识别系统中也是如此。在这个系统设计中,大致分为几个部分,分别是图像采集、图像预处理、车牌定位和分割以及字符的识别,整个过程是使用MATLAB软件设计的。
