摘 要
继电保护作为电网安全稳定运行的保障,其动作性能的优劣直接关系到智能电网的供电可靠性。因此,针对智能变电站试点建设过程中存在的问题,开展智能变电站继电保护关键技术研究,旨在加快推进智能变电站建设进程,提高智能变电站运行维护水平。结合智能变电站架构体系、电子式互感器原理及变电站网络拓扑结构,分析智能变电站继电保护配置原则和技术方案。分析直采直跳模式下实现智能变电站线路保护、变压器保护及母线保护的关键技术。微机保护经过近20年的应用、研究和发展,已经在电力系统中取得了巨大的成功,并积累了丰富的运行经验,产生了显著的经济效益,大大提高了电力系统运行管理水平。近年来,随着计算机技术的飞速发展以及计算机在电力系统继电保护领域中的普遍应用,新的控制原理和方法被不断应用于计算机继电保护中,以期取得更好的效果,从而使微机继电保护的研究向更高的层次发展,继电保护技术未来趋势是向计算机化,网络化,智能化,保护、控制、测量和数据通信一体化发展。

Abstract
Relay protection as a guarantee for the safe and stable operation of the power grid, its performance is directly related to the power supply reliability of the smart grid. Therefore, in light of the problems existing in the pilot construction of smart substations, the key technologies for relay protection of smart substations are researched in order to speed up the progress of smart substation construction and improve the operation and maintenance of smart substations. Combining the intelligent substation architecture, the principle of electronic transformers and the network topology of substations, the principle and technical scheme for relay protection of smart substations are analyzed. Analyze the key technologies for line protection, transformer protection and bus protection in smart substations under the direct mode. After nearly 20 years of application, research and development, computer protection has achieved great success in the power system, and has accumulated a wealth of operating experience, has produced significant economic benefits, and greatly improved the level of power system operation and management. In recent years, with the rapid development of computer technology and the widespread application of computers in the relay protection field of power systems, new control principles and methods have been continuously applied to computer relay protection in order to achieve better results and thus enable the use of microcomputers. The research of relay protection has developed to a higher level, and the future trend of relay protection technology is to integrate computerized, networked, intelligent, protection, control, measurement and data communication.
