摘要: 人们对日常生活中的需求愈来愈多,技术改革愈来愈快,城市里的高楼越来越多,电梯成为人们住房、办公、购物不可缺少的工具。老式电梯的控制性能和自身功能已经不再满足电梯控制的改良和发展,电梯控制逐渐转为可编程控制器控制的自动化控制技术和装置。本文主要研究的是通过PLC控制电梯以此来实现电梯所需要的功能。本次设计的电梯一共有四层并且硬件和软件都采用了三菱公司开发的产品。采取的编程思想是将电梯所具有的的功能通过模块化的方式来满足要求。首先将电梯功能分为三大模块,分别是上行下降模块、电梯开关门模块及轿厢和门厅呼叫模块。利用PLC的逻辑开关控制,采用梯形图编程,最终获得仿真结果。电梯控制采用PLC控制是由于其具有编程简便,灵活性强等特点。

Design of Four-layer Elevator Control System Based on PLC
Abstract:  People are increasingly demanding daily life, technological reforms are getting faster and faster, and there are more and more high-rise buildings in the city. Elevators have become an indispensable tool for people's housing, office and shopping. The control performance and self-function of the old-fashioned elevator no longer meet the improvement and development of the elevator control, and the elevator control gradually turns into the automatic control technology and device controlled by the programmable controller. The main research of this paper is to control the elevator through PLC to realize the required functions of the elevator. The elevators in this design have four floors, and the hardware and software are all developed by Mitsubishi. The programming idea adopted is to meet the requirements by modularizing the functions of the elevator. Firstly, the elevator function is divided into three modules, namely, the ascending descent module, the elevator switch door module, and the car and the hall call module. Using the logic switch control of the PLC, The elevator control adopts PLC control because of its simple programming and strong flexibility.
