摘要:本文主要介绍了课题的背景、国内外研究现状、研究的目的与意义、可编程控制器(PLC)的基本概念、工作原理、发展过程及其在工业生产中的地位,针对现实生活中各小区住户快递越来越频繁的实际情况设计了快递柜。简单地介绍了快递柜的用途、发展和运行模式,介绍了组态软件的特点和使用方法,详细论述了控制系统的总体框架、硬件结构。本文主要利用三菱FX2N系列的PLC控制快递柜,明确快递柜的控制要求,设计符合要求的解决方案,对输入输出节点合理分配,编写梯形图,利用已有的实验仪器调试控制系统,并完成PLC与组态软件之间的通讯,达到使用PLC外部硬件开关和梯形图来控制组态软件中的模拟动画的预期目标。根据最终结果分析,用PLC设计出来的控制系统具有稳定、可靠、便捷的特点。

Design of Control System for Large Express Cabinet Based on PLC and Configuration Software
Abstract: This paper mainly introduces the background of the subject, the status quo of research at home and abroad, the purpose and significance of the study, the basic concept, working principle, development process and status of programmable logic controller (PLC) in industrial production. Household delivery more and more frequent the actual situation and the design of the express cabinet. This paper introduces the use, development and operation mode of the express cabinet, introduces the characteristics and usage of the configuration software, and discusses the overall framework and hardware structure of the control system in detail. This article mainly uses the Mitsubishi FX2N series PLC to control the express cabinet, expressly expresses the control request of the express delivery cabinet, designs the meet the request solution, the reasonable allocation to the input and output section, prepares the T chart, uses the existing experimental instrument to debug the control system, and completes PLC and configuration software communication between the use of PLC external hardware switch to control the configuration software simulation animation in the expected target. According to the final results analysis, with the PLC design out of the control system compared to more stable, reliable and convenient.
