摘要:本文主要介绍燃气电厂锅炉的具体工作,目前电厂给料输气情况以及两者之间的联系,设计出锅炉给料系统的工作原理、结构组成,具体步骤实施,涉及了西门子S7-300PLC的基础知识、编程,PID控制的理论和实际操作,另外还简单的介绍了所涉及到的传感器和相关的组态知识和画面的设计。通过PLC设计天然气电厂燃气轮机所在锅炉的输入天然气控制系统,实现系统的启停;通过对燃气轮机的速度,余热锅炉内的气压的分析,运用PID控制算法和PLC编程,完成给料控制,实现系统的各部分以及整体的自动控制;通过对各项数值的监测,实现高于临界值的报警提示,完成了预期效果。

Realization of Boiler Feeding System Based on PLC
Abstract:This paper mainly introduces the specific work of natural gas power plant boiler, the current power plant feed gas and the contact between the two, design the boiler feeding system working principle, structure, composition, specific steps for implementation, involving the basic knowledge of the Siemens S7-300 PLC and programming, PID control theory and practical operation, and also simply introduces the involved sensors and related knowledge of the configuration and design of the picture. Through the PLC design of natural gas power plant gas turbine boiler in the input natural gas control system to achieve the system start and stop; Through the speed of the gas turbine, waste heat boiler air pressure analysis, the use of PID control algorithm and PLC programming, complete feeding control, realize the system's parts and the overall automatic control; Through the monitoring of various values, the alarm prompt higher than the critical value is realized, and the expected effect is achieved.
