阻燃材料,是当今社会预防火灾、减小火灾损失的一大有力武器,材料的阻燃化也成为人们研究的一大重点。所以,如何更加高效的测出材料的阻燃性能,就显得尤为重要了。而我国目前在氧指数仪研究领域相对落后,氧指数仪在精度和效率方面都存在很多问题。针对此情况,在本文中提出了基于PLC的氧指数仪的设计与制作。
本文首先介绍了氧指数仪的原理,并根据要求设计了总体方案。设计方案中,包括了温控系统、PLC、人机交互系统以及配气系统,并完成了各个系统中相关仪器设备的选择。之后,对PLC的编程软件STEP 7-Micro/Win进行了详细的介绍并且根据需要编写了程序。然后,设计了一个简单人机交互界面。最后,对本课题设计的氧指数仪进行控温以及氧浓度控制测试,实验表明,该氧指数仪能够实现控温及氧浓度控制的功能。

Abstract
Flame retardant materials are a powerful weapon to prevent fires and reduce fire losses in today's society. The flame retardant of materials has also become a major focus of people's research. Therefore, it is particularly important to measure the flame retardancy of materials more efficiently. However, our country is relatively backward in the research field of oxygen index instruments. There are many problems in the accuracy and efficiency of oxygen index instruments. According to this situation, the design and manufacture of the oxygen index meter based on PLC is put forward in this paper.
Firstly, this paper introduces the principle of oxygen index meter and designs the overall plan according to the requirements.The design scheme includes temperature control system, PLC, human-computer interaction system and gas distribution system.The selection of relevant instruments and equipment in each system is also included. Afterwards, the PLC programming software STEP 7–Micro/WIN is introduced in detail and the program is written according to the need. Then, a simple human-computer interaction interface is designed. Finally, temperature control and oxygen concentration control tests are carried out on the oxygen index instrument designed in this topic. It is concluded from tests that the temperature and oxygen concentration can be controlled by the oxygen index instrument.
