摘 要
随着汽车保有量的增加使城市停车难的问题不断凸显,作为解决城市停车难问题的有效措施:向空间和向层发展的自动化立体停车库,凭借它占地面积少、停车效率高、安置灵活、高效高性价比以及安全可靠,越来越受到人们的关注。当前市面上常见的立体停车库有8种:升降横移类、垂直循环类、多层循环类、水平循环类、平面移动类、巷道堆垛类、垂直升降类和简易升降类。他们中升降横移类因为结构简单、操作方便、安全可靠和造价低等优点,在国内市场占有相当优势的市场。本毕业设计以升降横移式立体车库为研究对象。
S7-200 PLC是西门子公司生产的一种PLC,它的许多功能达到大中型PLC的级别,但是价格和小型PLC一样。它有多种功能模块和人机界面可选,所以系统的集成相当方便,并且容易组成PLC网络。所以采用可编程序控制器(PLC)作为控制系统简单易行。
在对国内外立体车库现状及发展前景做了充分调研的基础上,选择两层六车位立体车库作为研究模型。升降横移式立体车库就其组成部分而言,可分为三部分:车库结构部分、传动机构部分以及控制系统部分。在车库控制系统中除了主控制器PLC以外,还需要一些其他的主令电器才可构成一个完整的系统,其中最主要的有光电开关、行程开关、接近开关、电动机、接触器以及热继电器。
升降横移式立体停车库具有相当广阔的发展空间和发展前途,它未来的发展方向就是要使停车库实现真正的智能化,以互联网为基础,实现网络化。操作的人可通过灵活,比较友好的人机界面,控制灵活,而且系统的安全性和可靠性高。

Abstract
As the car surge caused the problem of parking in the city continued to deteriorate, and as the solution of static traffic in city -- the effective measures to the space, develop to the high level of automated parking equipment, with its small area, parking rate is high, flexibility, high efficiency and low consumption, cost-effective, safe and reliable, more and more people in favor of. Currently on the market common stereo parking garage: the type of lifting, vertical circulation class, multilayer circulation, circulation, plane migration class, Lane stacking, vertical lifting and simple fluctuation class8, wherein the lifting and transferring to its simple structure, convenient operation, safety and reliability, low cost, in the domestic garage market dominant market share. The issue studies the type mechanical parking system which named up-down and translation stereo garage.
S7-200PLC is a Siemens company production of a small PLC, many of its functions to achieve the big, medium-sized PLC level, while prices and small PLC. It has a variety of function module and a man-machine interface options available, so the system is very convenient, and is easy to form PLC network.through debugging running.The result proved that adopted PLC as control system is simple and easy to realize.
On the basis of investigation on current situation and developing trend of garage in domestic and abroad, we choose two-layer and three-formulistic garage structure as the research model.According to the form of the dragging-forms of multi player up-down and translation ear-base, it is made of three parts: part of ear-base structure、part of driving-framework and part of control system.In stereo garage control system in addition to the main controller PLC outside, still need some other main electrical appliances can constitute a complete system, of which the most important are photoelectric switch, trip switch, close to switch, motor, contactor, thermal relay.
Lifting transverse-moving stereo parking garage has a very broad space for development and prospects for development, its development direction in the future is to make the garage to achieve real intelligence, based on the Internet, network. The operator can through flexible and diverse, friendly man-machine interface, flexible control, the system security and reliability.
