摘  要:本文通过田间试验和室内分析方法研究运用高效液相色谱法测定了哒螨灵在柑橘全果中的残留动态,并介绍了哒螨灵在柑橘全果中的提取、净化以及液相色谱的分析方法。本方法在柑橘中的添加量为0.2mg/kg,2.0mg/kg,5.0mg/kg时平均添加回收率在92.2%-109.3%之间,变异系数小于5.5%,最小检出量为2.1×10-8g,符合农药检测分析要求。在柑橘中使用哒螨灵防治病害,采用施药后间隔不同时间采集柑橘样品,检测哒螨灵残留量得出哒螨灵在柑橘中的消解方程符合Ct=C0e-kt。根据实验结果,哒螨灵在湖南、贵州和浙江柑橘中分别在施药后的30d 后消解率达到了80%以上,消解速率较快。根据残留实验结果,最后一次施药28d后柑橘中哒螨灵的残留量低于哒螨灵在柑橘中最高残留量(MRL)10mg/kg。试验说明,哒螨灵在柑橘中合理使用情况下不会影响柑橘的安全食用,不会对人体健康产生危害。
