二手房信息发布网站的设计与实现(论文12000字)
【摘要】随着房地产事业的蓬勃发展，二手房的供求量也在日渐增多。传统依靠人工操作完成的房地产中介业务，数据管理比较杂乱，数据的完整性和有效性得不到保证，无法准确及时反映房产市场的最新动态，整体业务处理效率低下。为满足房地产业务发展对信息管理的要求，本文提出了基于B/S架构的二手房销售管理系统的设计方案。基于该系统，能够方便、灵活地对二手房中介数据资料进行录入、查询和统计，实现对出租、出售信息的分类管理，进一步提高房地产销售管理的效率。该网站由Microsoft Visual Stdio 2008来实现，作为一种编程语言，它是为生成在.NET Framework上运行的多种应用程序而设计的。C#不仅简单而且功能强大、类型安全，同时是面向对象的。

The Design and Implementation of second-hand housing Information publishing site

Abstract：With the vigorous development of real estate， second-hand housing supply-demand are also increasing. Traditional system relies on manual operation to complete real estate business or data management which is messy. Integrity of the data and efficacy can not be guaranteed，it can not accurately and timely reflect the latest developments in the housing market or the overall business process inefficiencies. To meet the requirements of real estate business development of information management，this paper puts forward the system based on B/S structure of second-hand housing sales management. Due to the system， we can easily and flexibly input， query and count the second-hand housing agency data，  realize the classification information management of rent and sales，finally to realize the goal of further improving the efficiency of real estate. This site is designed by Microsoft Visual Stdio 2008，as a programming language，it is designed for programs running in .NET Framework. C# is not only simple but also powerful，its type is safe，at the same time，it is object-oriented.
