摘 要: TD-SCDMA是中国百年通信史上第一个具有完全自主知识产权的国际通信标准,在我国通信发展史上具有里程碑的意义并将产生深远影响。本文立足于中国的TD-SCDMA网络,研究TD-SCDMA网络的基本原理，探析无线网络优化原理。目前中国的两大无线通信运营商在第二代移动通信领域中,已经有比较完备的质量考核体系,而第三代移动通信才刚刚开始。本文围绕TD-SCDMA的无线部分的网络原理进行讨论。通过考核指标可以全面地反映网络质量,使运营商充分掌握网络的整体运行状况,为网络的进一步建设和优化提供参考。

Abstract: TD-SCDMA is the first International Communication Standard with fully independent intellectual property in the Chinese-Communication history，it has milestone contribution in the Chinese-Communication history and will have far-reaching implications，This article based on TD-SCDMA network，aims to research the fundamental principle of TD-SCDMA, and to analyze optimization theory of wireless network。As far，The Chinese wireless carrier groups have had a relatively complete system of quality assessment in the field of second generation mobile communication，while the third generation mobile communication has only begun。This article discussed the part of wireless network theory of TD-SCDMA，Through a evaluation index that can reflect comprehensive network quality to let wireless carrier groups grasp the overall operating conditions of networks, and let it be a reference for the further development and optimization of the networks.

TD-SCDMA网络结构的了解，能够更好的在优化过程中针对无线网络中出现的问题定位，从而根据问题出现的原因进行无线网络优化。
TD-SCDMA网络结构：
TD-SCDMA网络主要包括核心网和无线接入网两部分，核心网主要处理UMTS内部所有的语音呼叫，数据连接和交换，以及与外部其他网络的连接和路由选择。无线接入网完成所有与无线有关的功能。在核心网与接入网之间，接口为Iu接口，终端与接入网之间为Uu接口。
