摘 要:本文从市场中常用的指标着手，根据国内上市公司目前财务特点选取指标，构建了资源类上市公司投资价值评价指标体系，运用主成分分析法对指标进行筛选，将单一指标转化为影响其投资价值的综合指标，避免了信息的重叠，使综合指标不仅保留了原始变量的主要信息，彼此之间又不相关。最后选取45家资源类上市公司数据对其综合分析,得出资源类上市公司虽具有一定的投资价值，但其投资价值与市场价值存在一定差异这一结论。

The Analysis of the Investment Value Evaluation of the listed resources company
Abstract: In this article ,beginning with commonly used indicators from the market ,and according to the characteristics of domestic listed company financial indicators selected , I construct the resource value of listed investment evaluation system ,and use the way of principal component analysis to screen out the index in order to change a single index into a integrative index with the impact of the value of its investment to avoid duplication of information, so that  integrative indexes not only can preserve the key information of original variables, but also not relate to each other. Finally analysis the data selected from 45 quoted companies of resource, and arrive at a conclusion that although the listed companies of resource reached a certain class of investment value, investment value and market value of itself are different.
