当前企业财务管理中主要问题的研究

摘  要
中小企业在我国经济发展中具有极为重要的地位和作用。本文首先介绍了我国中小企业的总体概况；然后，分析我国中小企业财务管理的现状和存在的几个主要问题；最后，针对以上问题，提出了优化中小企业财务管理的建议和对策。本文旨在启发我国中小企业的管理者，包括中小企业外部政策制定者和中小企业的经营管理者，能切实结合中小企业的实际情况，努力改善中小企业的财务管理现状，从而使中小企业走上健康持续发展的道路。

Main Problems and Countermeasures to Financial Management in Small and Medium Sized Enterprises
Abstract
The small and medium sized enterprises［SME］play an important role in the development
of china national economy. First the author introduces the total character of SME. And then, the author analyzes the present financial management and the existing problems in SME. At last, the author insist that the SME should take measures to complete the financial management from external and inside aspects and points out the advices and countermeasures to improve the finance management in SME. The author suggests the supervisors including constitutors of external policy and managers in SME should consider the facts to improve the present financial management, as to direct SME to walk up to healthy and substantial way.
