摘 要：营运资金管理是企业的一项重要内容，而营运资金策略是企业成功的营运资金管理的关键。本文首先介绍营运资金的基本理论、特点、风险种类以及营运资金策略的种类；然后从营运资金的规模、营运资金周转速度、营运资金结构等多个方面入手，对美的电器采用的营运资金管理OPM策略进行分析，深入而详细地研究其营运资金策略的实施情况，并探讨其中的不足，给出优化意见。通过美的电器的实例分析，可以看出企业必须根据自身的经营特点、所占的市场地位以及国际经济形势的变化调整或重新制定合适的营运资金策略，使企业实现可持续发展。

Study on enterprise operating funds strategy
Abstract：Operating funds management is an important content, and operating funds strategy is the key of the enterprise successful operating funds management .This paper first introduces the working capital's basic theory, characteristics, risk type and operating funds strategy species; Then from working capital scale, operating cash flow velocity, operating capital structure and so on many aspects, the operation of the beauty appliances OPM strategy money management are analyzed, deep and detailed study its operating funds strategy, and discusses the implementation of the shortage of opinion, give optimization. Through the case analysis, beauty appliances can be seen enterprise must according to one's own management features, accounts for the market position and international economic changes adjust or redone suitable operating funds strategy, causes the enterprise to realize the sustainable development.

1、研究方法
该选题以会计学、审计学、管理学为基础，采用多种技术方法进行研究：（1）文献调查法：通过上网、阅读期刊、著作等搜集大量相关资料；（2）理论与实际相结合的方法；（3）比较分析法。
2、研究思路
本文首先介绍营运资金的涵义、特点、作用以及重要性，接着对美的电器营运资金管理，特别是流动资产管理进行分析研究，然后探讨美的电器面对眼前困境应该如何选择和制定营运资金策略。

研究内容
本文根据企业营运资金的特点，在分析企业流动资产管理及其具体内容的基础上，通过对美的电器的营运资金策略分析，探讨企业营运资金的定位。最后，给出企业选择和制定相关营运资金策略的建议。
