摘 要：本文结合财务质量的构成要素，将湖南机械、设备、仪表上市公司2007年至2009年对公众公告的财务数据进行整理和指标分析，并对湖南机械、设备、仪表上市公司的财务质量通过利用主要财务指标比较分析法进行客观评价。基于上述的分析和评价结果得出基本的研究结论。

Abstract: Combining elements of financial quality,Hunan machinery, equipment, instruments listed companies from 2007 to 2009 public announcement of financial data is collated and target analysis in this paper,Hunan, machinery, equipment, instruments listed company's financial quality through the use of key financial Comparative analysis was evaluated.Based on the above analysis and evaluation of results , basic research findings are obtained.
