摘  要： 财务分析是财务管理的重要组成部分，它对企业财务报表所提供的数据资料，有重点、有针对性地加以分析和比较，了解影响企业效益的各种因素，并以此为根据， 对企业的财务状况和经营成果进行合理地评价，及时预测企业财务状况和经营的发展趋势，为企业经营者进行正确地经营决策提供可靠的财务信息。本文通过对美的 上市公司的财务分析和股票评价的研究，来分析该公司的财务状况，并对公司以后的发展提出一些有建设性的建议。
