摘  要：随着我国市场经济的不断发展，上市公司的发展速度和规模尤为明显。由于受到金融海啸的冲击，我国的上市公司在2009年表现善可，但仍难免遭际。本文以湖南上市公司为例，选取湖南53家上市公司2009年财务报表数据，通过10个财务指标，采用因子分析法进行系统科学的分析，分别从盈利能力、偿债能力、运营能力、股本扩张能力角度评价湖南上市公司业绩。

Evaluating the Performance of Listed Companies Analysis
