摘 要：近年来我国上市公司的快速发展，虚增资产、操纵利润等会计造假行为不断出现。由于投资者要了解公司的发展潜力，而利润作为投资者和经营者最为关注的信息之一，实现利润是公司运营所要达到的目标，所以利润质量问题越来越受到关注。这是因为如果上市公司提供的利润信息质量不高，甚至存在虚假现象误导信息的使用者，使其误解上市公司的实际情况并做出错误的决策带来损失。本文以湖南生物类上市公司为研究对象，从利润真实性、稳定性和现金保障水平等方面进行分析,反映会计利润与真实利润的匹配程度，从而分析评价湖南生物类上市公司的利润质量。

Profit of Biological Quality of Listed Companies
Abstract: In recent years the rapid development of China's listed companies, inflated assets, manipulate profits and other accounting frauds continue to emerge. As investors to understand the development potential of the company, and profit as an investor and operator of one of the most concerned about the information, the company's operating profit target to be achieved, so more and more concerned about quality issues profit. This is because if the profits of listed companies to provide high quality information, the phenomenon of false or misleading information exists for users to misunderstand the actual situation of listed companies and make the wrong decision to bring losses. In this paper, listed companies of Biological study, from the profits of authenticity, stability, and cash and other aspects of security level, reflecting the profits of the accounting profit and the real extent of the match, so analysis and evaluation of Biological quality of listed company profits.

研究目的: 通过财务报表数据和数量来了解这种现状，找出这种现状出现的原因，并及时预防和找出对策解决这类问题，以促进此类公司更好、更长久的发展。
研究内容: 1.从多角度分析产生中小上市公司利润质量风险的因素；
2.对现在国内外的各种利润质量研究分析的归纳和评述；
3.从理论分析及其相应的模型分析来对湖南生物类上市公司的利润模型进行构建；
4.对结果进行分析以及提出相应对策；
研究方法：文献查阅法：通过上网、阅读期刊、著作等搜集大量相关资料；
预期成果: 完成符合答辩要求的论文一篇
条件保障: 通过图书馆、网络、阅览室、期刊以及社会调查来搜集需要的资料，并对这些资料进行整理，提炼、总结、概括。
