摘  要：企业财务战略是指为谋求企业资金均衡、有效地流动和实现企业战略，为增强企业财务竞争优势，在分析企业内外环境因素对资金流动影响的基础上，对企业资 金流动进行全局性、长期性和创造性的谋划。财务战略是企业总体战略的一部分，对实现企业总体战略的发挥和对企业的有效发展起着至关重要的作用。基于对中小 企业在全球经济复苏大背景下财务战略的思考，分析了我国中小企业面临的财务困境，以及造成这样困境的各种原因，然后针对这些原因并结合当下的特殊情况分析 并提出相应的解决法案。力求找到适合各中小企业的财务战略，维持企业生存和长期稳定发展。

Study on the Financial Strategy of Small and Medium Enterprises under Economic Recovery
Abstract：Corporate financial strategy is to seek corporate funding balance, effective mobility and achieve business strategy, to enhance corporation’s competitive advantages of finance. Based on the analysis of the impact of corporation’s internal and external environmental factors on capital flows, to make long-term and creative stategies on the overall flow of the enterprise funds. Corporate financial strategy is part of an overall strategy and play a crucial role in achieving the overall corporate strategy and effective development. As a consideration of SMEs’ financial strategy in the global economy based on the recovery of a large background, I analyze the financial distress faced by SMEs, as well as the variety of reasons which caused these situation. Then proposed corresponding solutions as for these reasons through analyze the current situation. In order to find suitable financial strategy for the small and medium which help corporation to survive in the society and has a long-term development.
