摘  要：随着我国经济的发展,以及市场经济体制的建立与完善，我国企业面临的市场竞争也越来越激烈。目标成本管理是一个企业在竞争日益激烈、科技日新月异的环境中立于不败之地的战略成本管理方法，本文从目标成本管理在我国应用的情况入手，着重研究目标成本管理在我国运用存在问题研究的意义；分析目标成本管理在我国应用的现状；提出目标成本管理在我国实施中存在的问题以及对此提出合理的对策，以使其在我国能更好的运行。

RESEARCH ON THE TARGET COST MANAGEMENT APPLIES THE EXISTENCE IN OUR COUNTRY
Abstract：Along with our country economy's development, as well as market economy system's establishment and the consummation, the market competition which Our country Enterprise faces are also getting more and more intense. The target cost management is an enterprise the strategy cost management method which, in the competition is day by day intense, the science and technology to change with each new day in the environment which is in an impregnable position, this article obtains from the target cost management in our country application's situation, the research aim cost management utilizes the existence question research emphatically in our country the significance; Analysis target cost management in our country application present situation; Proposed the target cost management implements the question which in our country exists as well as proposed regarding the reasonable countermeasure, enables it in our country a better movement.
