摘  要：二手房市场是对一手房市场的补充，是房地产市场的重要组成部分。近年来，长沙市二手房市场持续快速发展，并已形成一定的规模，但与成熟市场相比仍有较大的差距，长沙市二手房市场有着巨大的发展空间。本文基于房地产交易登记数据，回顾了长沙市二手房市场近五年的发展历程,对长沙市二手房市场的发展现状进行分析，提出相应对策，并对长沙市二手房市场的近期发展趋势进行了预测和展望。

STUDY ON THE STATUS AND COUNTERMEASURES OF SECOND–HANDED HOUSING MARKET IN CHANGSHA CITY
Abstract：Second - handed housing market and newly - built housing market are complementary to each other, and each plays an equally important role in real estate industry. Recently，Second - handed housing market in Changsha has developed rapidly and continuously and already has the certain scale of the industry. But compared with the mature Second - handed housing market, there is still long way to go. It has a huge development space. This paper starts with a brief review of the five years development course of second - handed housing market in Changsha city on the basis of registration data of Changsha real estate transaction, and analyzes the status quo of the market, Puts forward corresponding countermeasures, then gives a outlook on its future developing trend.
