摘  要
    发动机电控技术是降低发动机排气污染,提高其动力性和经济性的一个重要手段,它的研究和开发越来越受到人们的重视。在应用电控系统对发动机进行控制的同时,为了使发动机获得较好的动力、经济性能,满足国家的排放法规,保持良好的工作稳定性能,需要对电控系统与发动机进行调试匹配,对控制参数进行标定和优化。同时,对电控系统的标定对发动机控制策略的编写有指导作用。这些工作需要借助标定系统才能实现。
    本文在对国内外电控发动机标定系统深入研究的基础上设计了一套电控发动机标定系统,完成了主机的软件和开发用ECU的软、硬件设计,同时采用CAN-USB接口完成主控PC机与发动机电控系统之间的通讯,实现了PC机与电控系统之间的实时、快速通讯。
    利用二次回归的中心组合设计方法进行试验设计和数据优化。二次回归的中心组合设计实际是一种概率统计方法,可以利用较少的试验点获取较多的信息,从而有效地减少标定工作量。本文利用二次回归的中心组合设计,以降低CO排放和HC排放为目标,制取了点火提前角SPK和充量系数VE并在发动机上进行试验,验证了将二次回归的中心组合设计应用在发动机标定中的可行性。

Abstract
Engine electronic control technology is to reduce the exhaust pollution, an important means to improve the power and economy performance, its research and development have been paid more and more attention. In the application of electronic control system of engine to control at the same time, in order to make the engine get better power performance and economic performance meet national emission regulations, maintain good working stability, the need of electronic control system and engine matching test, to calibrate and optimize the control parameters. At the same time, the calibration of electronic control system for the preparation of the engine control strategy has the guiding role. These needs can be achieved through the calibration system.
This paper in the domestic and foreign electronic controlled engine calibration based on systematic and deep research design a set of electronic controlled engine calibration system, completed the software and hardware design of ECU for host software and development. At the same time, we use the CAN-USB interface to complete the communication between the main control PC and electronic control system of engine, realized between PC and electric control system in real-time and fast communication.
The central composite design method using two regression test design and data optimization. The two central composite design regression is a statistical method, can obtain more information with fewer tests, so as to effectively reduce calibration workload. The quadratic regression of central composite design, to reduce the emissions of CO and HC emissions as the goal, the preparation of the ignition advance angle SPK and charging coefficient of VE and on the engine test, verify the feasibility quadratic regression of central composite design and application in the calibration of the engine.
