摘 要:本文根据有关汽车模型简化理论,建立四分之一车辆模型。在普通悬架机械装置的基础上,用空气弹簧代替普通的螺旋弹簧设计空气悬架试验台系统。通过一个步进电机控制主、副气室间通路的大小来实现空气弹簧刚度的调节。本文进行了弹簧的选用并计算以及减振器、传感器、气动元件和步进电机的选用,然后是设计台架总体结构,布置信号采集装置以及校核重要零件,最后是画出总成的装配图、重要零件的零件图。

Design of 1/4 vehiche model for air suspension test bench
Abstract:The thesis is according to the theory which simplifies about the model of vehicle to establish a quarter vehicle model. On the base of the mechanical device of ordinary suspension,the air suspension test bench is designed, and the ordinary helical spring is replaced by an air spring.The test bench controls the pipeline size between the main and the accessory airspace with the stepper motor and realizes the air spring variable stiffness. The thesis has carried on spring selection and calculates as well as the shock absorber, the sensor, the air operated part and the stepper motor selection, then designs the test rig structure, arranges signal gathering equipment and examines the important components, finally draws the assembly drawing and the detail drawings of the important parts.
