摘    要
随着现代科学技术的发展和人们生活水平的提高,人们对居住环境的安全、舒适、实用、方便、环保等方面的要求日益提高。近年来信息技术、计算机及网络控制技术、自动控制的发展及智能建筑的产生。使得住宅小区的电气设计由以前单纯的照明及小家电功能向更为智能化方向发展。
本次论文以富盈门小区电气部分设计为例,针对综合性住宅小区的建设规模, 根据国家相关标准和规范,结合小区的总体规划及用电负荷特征,对小区供配电系统进行电气设计。其主要内容包括以下几个方面:首先,按单位面积法、单位指标法进行负荷计算。其次,选择降压箱式变电站的形式及位置。最后,根据电压和计算电流选择低压电缆型号和低压配电设备。简要介绍了箱式变电站的防雷与接地。

Abstract
With the development of modern science and technology and the improvement of people's living standard, people's demand on living environment is safe, comfortable, practical, convenient, environmental protection and so on. In recent years, the development of information technology, computer and network control technology, the development of automatic control and the generation of intelligent building. Make the electrical design of residential areas from the previous simple lighting and small household electrical appliances to a more intelligent direction of development.
This paper is full of rich residential electrical design as an example, for a comprehensive residential construction scale, according to the relevant national standards and norms, combined with the overall planning area and power load characteristics of electric power distribution system for residential design. Its main contents include the following aspects: first, according to the unit area method, unit index method for load calculation. Secondly, select the form and position of the transformer substation. Finally, according to the voltage and the calculation of the current selection of low-voltage cable models and low-voltage distribution equipment. The lightning protection and grounding of box type transformer substation are introduced briefly.
