摘  要
随着我国经济的快速发展,电网的负荷也飞速增长,导致对中间变电站的需求越来越大,特别是处于中间环节的主变是220kv的变电站。本变电站设计以实际工程技术水平为基础,以虚拟的变电站资料为背景,进行含有3台主变的XB220KV中间变电所一次部分设计
本设计首先根据任务书上的要求,对电力系统和变电所进行总体分析,从负荷增长方面阐明了建站的必要性。接着,由电力系统的规划及供电范围确定了主变压器台数、容量及型号。然后通过变电所的概括以及对拟建进出线条数来考虑,从可靠性、经济性、灵活性方面考虑,确定了220kV、110kV、10kV侧主接线,同时也完成了所用电的设计和无功补偿的设计。然后,根据最大持续工作电流和短路电流计算的计算结果,对高压断路器、隔离开关、母线、绝缘子和穿墙套管、电压互感器、电流互感器进行了选型。然后又根据变电所地理位置和变配电要求以及电气总平面布置要求,进行配电装置设计与电气总平面布置设计。最后对变电所进行防雷设计,从而完成了XB220kV变电所一次部分设计。

Abstract
With the fast development of our country’s economy, the electrical network load also rapidly grows, in the electrical network will have the 220kV transformer substation which 3 hosts will change gradually to increase. This transformer substation design take the actual project technical level as the foundation, take the hypothesized transformer substation material as the background, carries on includes XB220KV transformer substation partial designs which 3 hosts changes.
Firstly according to in the project description the request, this design carries on the overall analysis to the electrical powersystem and the transformer substation, has expounded the station construction necessityfrom the load growth aspect. After that, has determined a main transformer number, the capacity and the model by the electrical powersystem plan and the power supply scope. Then through the transformer substation summary as well as to plans to construct the turnover linenumber to consider that, from the reliability, the efficiency, the flexible aspect considered, had determined the design which 220kV,110kV, the 10kV side host wiring, simultaneously also completed which has used electricity the design and the idle work compensates. Then,according to most greatly continues the operating current and theshort-circuit current computation computed result, to the high-pressured circuit breaker, the isolator, the generatrix, the insulator and put on the wall drive pipe, the voltage transformer, the current transformer has carried on the shaping. Then and changes thepower distribution request as well as the electrical total plane arrangement request according to the transformer substation geographical position, carries on the power distribution equipmentdesign and the electrical total plane arrangement design. Finally, we carryon the anti-radar design to the transformer substation, thus has completed XB220kV transformer substation partial designs.

本次设计XB220KV变电所是中间变电所,高压侧以交换潮流为主,起系统交换功率的作用。本变电所高压侧有三回出线,同时降压给当地供电,主要起中间环节作用。该变电所在系统中作用非同寻常,全所停电将引起区域系统解列。该变是为了满足该省北电东送、电气化铁道牵引站和XC市区负荷增长的需要建设的,也是YZ电厂2×350MW机组电力外送的配套工程,未来5—10年最大供电负荷550MW,主变压器建设规模为3×150MVA。近期上一台,电压等级为220/110/10KV。

1.2 本次设计的内容与要求
    本次主要完成XB变电所一次部分设计。
    1  主变压器的选择。
2 主接线设计:分析原始资料,根据任务书的要求拟出各级电压母线接线方式,从可靠性、经济性、灵活性上比较选择出最佳主接线方式。
3 短路电流计算:根据所确定的主接线方案,选择适当的计算短路点计算短路电流并列表表示出短路电流计算结果。
4 主要电气设备选择:
(a)选择220kV主变侧、110kV侧最大一回负荷出线及110 kV主变侧的断路器及隔离开关。
(b)选择220kV、110kV主母线及主变低压侧母线桥导体。
(c)选择220kV主母线的支持绝缘子及穿墙套管。
(d)选择限流电抗器(如有必要装设)及10kV最大一回负荷出线电缆。
(e)选择10kV主母线电压互感器。
(f)选择10kV出线电流互感器。

(a)各电压等级电压互感器配置。
(b)各回路电流互感器配置。
6 其它设计
