湘西黄牛妊娠早期血液指标变化的研究

摘  要:本实验以9头湘西黄牛妊娠母牛为研究对象,对妊娠母湘西黄牛配种前和配种后第七天的血液各项常规指标进行测定,研究湘西黄牛妊娠早期血液各指标的变化规律,为湘西黄牛后期妊娠诊断提供理论依据。本实验主要检测了血液的免疫细胞、红细胞和血小板三大类细胞的各项指标.实验研究结果表明,湘西黄牛妊娠后第七天与妊娠前的各项血液指标相比,免疫细胞中的Lymph#、Lymph%有所升高,Mon#、Gran#、Mon%、Gran%都有所降低,WBC则无明显变化;血红细胞中HCT有所降低,MCHC有所升高,RBC、HGB、MCV、MCH、RDW都无明显变化;血小板中PLT有所降低,MPV、PDW、PCT无明显变化。从整体上看,湘西黄牛妊娠前期比之妊娠前的免疫能力有所下降。

Study on the blood during early pregnancy in Western Cattle Index Change
Abstract: In this study, nine pregnant cows in Western cattle as the research object, the mother of the pregnancy before mating and breeding of cattle in Western after the seventh day of the regular blood were measured to study the Western cattle blood during early pregnancy changes of each index for the Western post-pregnancy diagnosis of cattle to provide a theoretical basis. This experiment examined the immune blood cells, red blood cells and platelets of the three categories of targets. Experimental results show that Western cattle after pregnancy and pregnancy before the seventh day of the blood parameters compared to immune cells in the Lymph #, Lymph% was increased, Mon #, Gran #, Mon%, Gran% had the reduction, WBC did not change significantly; HCT decreased red blood cells, MCHC was increased, RBC, HGB, MCV , MCH, RDW were no significant changes; platelets decreased PLT, MPV, PDW, PCT no significant change. Overall,Western cattle early period of pregnancy before pregnancy than the decline in immunity.
