摘要：建设工程项目是一个开放的复杂系统，其本身及其所处环境的变化往往较大，所以弹性结构原则在工程项目组织结构设计中的意义很大，以满足由于项目以及项目环境变化而进行动态调整的要求。本文根据新兴古典经济学(New Classical Economics)和博弈论(games)等经济学理论分别对常见的三种工程项目组织结构的效率进行了分析，并得出诱导相互之间的合作是矩阵组织管理中最重要的工作的结论。

Abstract    The construction project is an open and complicated system. Great changes often happen on itself and the environment that it is in. It’s important to adopt elastic principle when we design the structure of construction project organization in order to meet the need of changes. This paper analyses the efficiency of three common kinds of project organization structure respectively according to the economics theories such as New Classical Economics and Games, and concludes that leading the cooperation among each other is the most important work in the matrix organization management.
