几种镇痛药物对动物镇痛作用的实验研究(7100字)
摘  要：［目的］为了探索不同剂量蚯蚓提取物对小鼠的镇痛效果的影响。［方法］选取50只小鼠随机分成5组（1个对照组4个试验组），每日分别对各试验组灌服试验药物（醋制延胡索、蚯蚓提取物原液、蚯蚓提取物5倍稀释液、蚯蚓提取物10倍稀释液），连续服药21日后对小鼠利用热板法和扭体法测定各种药物的镇痛效果；另25只大鼠随机分成5组（1个对照组和4个试验组），制备大鼠离体膈神经-膈肌标本收缩实验，实验药物为（醋制延胡索、蚯蚓提取物原液、蚯蚓提取物5倍稀释液、蚯蚓提取物10倍稀释液），应用BL-420生物机能实验系统测神经兴奋波形图。［结果］蚯蚓提取物具有良好的镇痛活性。
