桦木酸对小鼠酒精性肝损伤的保护作用(9500字)
摘  要:为了研究桦木酸对小鼠酒精性肝损伤的保护作用。将50 只健康昆明种小鼠,随机分为正常对照组、酒精肝损伤模型组、桦木酸低、中、高剂量(0.25,0.5和1 mg/kg)共5 个组。测定并比较各组小鼠肝脏系数,血清中丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)和天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)活性;测定肝组织中SOD、GSH- Px 活性和MDA 含量。结果表明,桦木酸各剂量组均能降低血清ALT、AST 活性和肝组织MDA 含量(P < 0.01),增强肝组织SOD、GSH- Px 活性。说明桦木酸对酒精所致肝损伤有预防性保护作用。

Protective effect of betulinic acid on ethanol-induced liver injury in mice 
Abstract:In order to study the protective effects of betulinic acid on ethanol-induced liver damage in mice and research its possible mechanism. 50 healthy Kunming mice were randomly divided into control group, alcoholic liver injury model group and low-, medium- , high- doses group of  betulinic acid (0.25,0.5 and 1 mg / kg) .The liver indexes were determined, and serum alanine transaminase(ALT),aspartate transaminase(AST)activities, liver SOD, GSH- Px activities and MDA content were assayed. The results showed that treatment with different doses of betulinic acid could significantly decrease serum ALT , AST activity  and MDA content in liver tissue, and  increase liver tissue SOD, GSH- Px activities. It is suggested that betulinic acid shows protective effects on ethanol liver injury induced in mice. copyright dedecms
