摘  要：本设计对石江镇路网体系的完善到灌排渠系的配套都起了重要的作用。从不同程度改善农田生态环境，提高土壤质量，增加有效耕地面积；完善项目区农业基础设施建设，保证项目区土地资源的可持续利用和农业生产的稳定发展；优化、调整农业产业结构，高效利用和优化配置土地资源。

Irrigation Design in Shijiang Town
Abstract:  The design plays an important role in the complete of the system to the line network as well as in the supporting irrigation and drainage canal system to Shijiang Town.The result should improve the farmland ecological environment , enhance land quality to a certain extent and increase effective area of arable land. It should improve the construction of agricultural infrastructure in project area, ensure the sustainable use of land resources to the project area and the stable development of agricultural production; optimize and adjuste the agricultural structure ,use and allocate the land resources effectively.

主要内容：
1、分析项目区土地开发潜力，包括土地适宜性分析、土地利用限制因素分析、土地开发潜力分析；
2、根据项目区及其外围情况总体布局及配置工程设施；
3、提出项目的实施计划、措施，并制定相关政策和文字依据；
4、根据地形、地面坡度、土层厚度及土壤情况，将项目区改造为路相通、沟渠贯通的耕地；尽量完善其交通、水利设施，将其因势利导地建成交通便利、灌排畅通的优质耕地。

项目区基本情况
2.2.1  自然条件
1）地形地貌：项目区属缓坡丘陵地貌，高程在261.56m—274.35m之间。项目区内地势西高东低而且坡度均匀，南、北两边高差不大，坡度均小于5度。
2）土壤：项目区土地成土母质以石灰岩、板、页岩风化物为主，水田主要是灰黄泥田、黄泥田。耕作土壤主要是潴育性水稻土，土壤熟化度较高，单产5000—8000kg/ hm2，增产潜力大；小部分为潜育性水稻土，分布位置低，地下水位高，土壤通透性差，单产4000—6000kg/ hm2，应作重点改良，挖掘其生产潜力。
3）水文与水文地质：洞口县多年平均降雨量1482.5mm，主要集中在4~8月，占全年降雨量的62.50%。全县属资、沅水系，130多条溪河中大部分发源于西北雪峰山脉，多年平均径流量2.876*1010m3。
