农民工子弟学校现状的分析(以旭东学校为例)

摘要
本文以贵阳市旭东学校为例，通过问卷调查、个案访谈、资料分析等方法描述了旭东学校现状，分析了现阶段农民工子弟学校所面临的困境和问题，并进一步分析了政府“两免一补”新政策的影响。从分析中，调查报告指出了农民工子弟学校在培养农民工二代中遇到的种种阻碍。如果仅仅依靠“自力更生”，现阶段农民工子弟学校将陷入难以正常运转的恶性因果链条之中。最后，调查报告针对现状的不同问题，提出了相关建议，为解决农民工子弟学校的出路问题，做出了一定的探索。

Abstract
This paper takes the Guiyang Xudong school as an example. By using the methods, such as questionnaire survey, case interview, material analysis and so on, the paper describes the present situation of Xudong school and analyzes the predicament and the problems that the present peasant laborer Dependent's school faces. Based on the analysis, it finally analyzes the influence about the new policy. From the analysis, this paper points out all sorts of hindrance which peasant laborer Dependent's school faces during the raising the second generations. If only depending upon “relying on their own effort to revive”, the peasant laborer Dependent's school will fall into difficulty at present. At last, in view of the different problems in present situation, the paper proposes the related suggestion to make certain exploration on solving the problems of peasant laborer Dependent's school.
