董事长人力资本特征对企业投资行为影响分析

摘  要：董事长作为上市公司股东的代理人，接受股东的直接委托，直接监管公司经理层的业绩，是企业最重要的经营者代表和权力掌握的核心人物，从而对企业的投资行为产生影响。董事长的人力资本特征对企业的投资行为有何影响，哪些人力资本特征对企业的投资行为影响显著。本研究正是基于此点，试图从中小板上市公司董事长的人力资本特征中个性特征和职业特征等方面实证分析其对企业投资行为的影响。研究发现：董事长个性特征中受教育程度、性别和职业特征中是否持股、是否兼职、是否领取薪酬与公司投资行为不存在统计上的相关性；董事长个性特征中年龄与公司投资行为存在统计上的相关性；最后根据结论提出优化企业投资行为的对策。

An Analysis of the Influence of President Personality on Corporate Investment
—Facts from Small and Medium-sized Board Listed Company
Abstract:The chairman as agents of the shareholders of a listed company ,accept shareholder direct commission ,Direct supervision company executive performance , Is the enterprise's most important operator representatives and the power is core figures , thus to enterprise's investment behavior influenced. The chairman of human capital on enterprise investment behavior characteristics with and influence ,what the human capital of enterprise's investment behavior characteristics of significant effects .This study was based on this point , trying to board the chairman of the listed company and human capital in the characteristics of personality and professional characteristics such as paper analyses its effect on business investment behaviour .Study : The chairman by personality traits of education degree, gender and professional characteristics of whether part-time, whether shareholding, whether get salaries and company investment behavior does not exist statistical correlation ,the chairman the personality traits of age and company investment behavior exist statistical correlation .Finally, according to the conclusion propose optimization enterprise investment behavior countermeasures.
