摘  要：论文选取湖南涟钢在实施ERP系统的情况进行研究，简要介绍了涟钢的基本情况与实施ERP系统的现状，总结成功实施ERP的效果，通过实地调研与访谈总结出涟钢在实施ERP系统过程中所遇到的问题及原因，针对问题提出对策和应对方法试图为涟钢又好又快的发展提供借鉴。

Discussion of Problems and Countermeasures Facing Lianyuan Iron and Steel Group in the Implementing of ERP System
Abstract: This thesis firstly studys Lianyuan Iron and Steel Group’ case in implementing ERP system, and then briefly introduces the basic situation of Lianyuan Iron and Steel Group and the current situation of implementing ERP system. The author summarizes the effects of successfully implementing ERP system. Through the field investigation and interview, the author concludes Lianyuan Iron and Steel Group’ problems and their reasons in the course of implementing ERP system. In order to solve these problems, this thesis puts forward some countermeasures to provide reference for Lianyuan Iron and Steel Group’ nice and fast development.

    工业时代的竞争是产品生产成本的竞争，规模化大生产是降低生产成本的有效方式。大生产给制造业带来了许多困难，主要问题是要解决库存积压与短缺的矛盾。为解决这个关键问题，1957年，美国生产与库存控制协会成立，开始进行生产与库存控制方面的研究与理论推广。20世纪后半年开始ERP慢慢进入我们的眼球，越来越多的企事业单位开始使用它来解决内外部的一些信息化问题，ERP经过了一些列的改良变化，从1965年的MRP(物料需求计划)控制库存管理到1980年的MRPⅡ（制造资源计划）到1990年的ERP（资源整合）到2004年的ERPⅡ（协同商务），更加完善，更加切合经济和社会的发展，更加适合企业的生存和进步，也让企业能够在激烈的竞争中找寻到自己的核心竞争点，增加其竞争力。
