Research on Cable Enterprise's Developmental Strategy
Abstract: With sustained economic growth in China, there are a huge space of development and serious changes for cable companies. Therefore, research on the development strategy of the cable enterprise of important theoretical significance in the current situation. This paper begins with the development status and problems of the cable business, and then it analyses the development environment of cable companies facing through SWOT.Finally it explores the strategic ways to promote their development.
