摘 要：外资并购是经济全球化的产物，是全球经济通用的吸收外国直接投资的一种形式。对任何一个东道国来说，都会带来双重影响。本文首先阐述跨国公司对华并购现状及存在的问题，然后通过案例研究跨国公司对华并购所带来的竞争效应，浅显分析跨国公司并购对政府和国内企业的一些启示及点点思考。

Abstract: Foreign capital is the product of economic globalization, is a form of the global economy general foreign direct investment. For in any host will bring dual influences. This paper firstly China acquisition multinational companies present situation and the existing problems of case study, then through multinational companies brought by China acquisition effect, simple analysis of competition for government and multinational company acquisitions of domestic company some enlightenment and little thinking.
