摘  要：企业成长问题一直是国内外学者关注的重大课题，而针对房地产开发企业的成长研究，具有很强的理论价值和实践意义。房地产开发企业具有很强的自身特性，它既有一般企业成长的规律性，又有自身成长的特殊性。基于这一认识，本文选取了碧桂园控股有限公司作为案例，进行分析研究。本文立足于房地产行业，着眼于企业成长问题，以国内外学者的探索与研究为依据，详略得当地解析了碧桂园成长的主要历程，分享了其企业发展模式的成功经验，并由此得出了碧桂园模式对我国房地产开发企业成长的启示和结论。

AN INVESTIGATIGATION OF THE GROWTH MODE IN REAL ESTATE ON THE COUNTRY GARDEN GROUP
Abstract：Enterprise growth has always been the major subjects for domestic and overseas scholars, while the research for real estate development enterprises, has strong theory value and practical significance. Real estate development enterprise with obvious peculiar characteristics has its general regularity as well as particularity of their growth. According to it, this thesis takes the Country Garden Co., ltd., as the case to analysis. Based on the research and exploration of domestic and foreign scholars, the author focuses on the enterprise growth of real estate industry.With proper analysis of Country Garden development course, this thesis shares the successful experience of the enterprise, and then further concludes the enlightenment and general conclusion of the mode of Country Garden in real estate development enterprise .
