摘  要：本文通过对全国券商经营现状的剖析，借鉴国外券商发展的成功经验，从券商运行机制的完善、风险控制机制的建设、服务盈利模式的创新、市场化基础上的兼并重组、内外部资源的整合利用等方面，阐述了证券公司核心竞争力的构建途径和方法，目的是为中国证券公司构建核心竞争力提供参考和借鉴，帮助券商最终在其内部建立起核心竞争力并赢得市场竞争。

On the enhancement the core competitiveness Of Chinese securities companies
Abstract:  Referring to the successful experience of the development of foreign securities traders，this dissertation has analysed the present situationof Chinese securities traders management，and expatiated the methods ofbuilding core competitiveness of securities companies from the respects ofconsummating running system，setting up of risk control system,innovating of profit pattern through service，merging and restructuring based on marketing system,and the integrating of internal and external resources．It aims at offering a reference for Chinese securities companies，and helpingsecurities traders to build up core competence eventually and achievesuccess in market competition．
