摘  要：本文所选取的湖南鼎天经贸集团有限公司，是国内一家典型的中小企业,,由传统的家族企业发展壮大，现发展遇到瓶颈，需制定一套自己的发展战略。该公司由四个子公司组成，分别是：乐施水泥有限公司，鼎天宾馆服务有限公司，兴达石油服务有限公司，世邦房地产开发有限公司。本文对该公司进行了简单的介绍，分析了该公司所涉及行业目前所处的环境和对于未来的发展战略规划，并对该公司的发展战略用SWOT分析法进行分析,和对未来的发展提出一些建议。
